Down below you can find our training schedules for the academic year of 2025-2026, including the days, times and trainers!
Please note that in case you want to reserve hall 1 to practise poledancing outside of training hours, some rules apply:
- You may only reserve the room if you have participated in 10 or more poledancing classes
- Reserving the room alone is not allowed, at least one other person with poledancing experience must be present.
- You are not allowed to bring friends from outside of our association along to teach them pole dancing tricks.
- Use of the spinning poles is allowed only for intermediate 1 and above, and only when given permission by a board member.
- please send a message in our open hours groupchat when you reserve the room or want to go to the open hours, so others are able to join in and to find a buddy :)
